The twist on the eyeliner is broken, so when I try to roll the product up for more eyeliner, nothing comes out.

There is no way to get in contact with this company via telephone. Live chat results in disconnection, and emails go unanswered.

I need a return telephone conversation/call, or I will be registering complaints with the Better Business Bureau, consumer affairs, and other agencies. It’s a shame because I like their products, with the exception of this last one, which was either mislabeled or an unintentional money grab.

My order was shipped from Tolleson Az about 2 weeks ago and neither UPS nor USPS can tell me where it is. USPS has NOT received it from UPS.

A return shipping tag was not included with my purchase. I do not have an address to return your product for a refund.

I did not receive my full order out of seven items I only received four and the pallets were the most expensive and important that I did not receive.
